FAQ

Whats on the Table?

Do I require a power source or batteries?

No, the JunglePani bidet operates entirely on water pressure.

How does it determine its aim?

The JunglePani bidet features two distinct nozzles. Each nozzle serves a different purpose: the rear spray nozzle employs slightly higher pressure and aims a bit higher to target the rear, while the front spray nozzle is designed for a gentler experience, with lower pressure and a lower aim, focusing on the intimate front area.

How do I adjust the water pressure?

Adjusting the water pressure is straightforward with our bidet controls. There's a dial on the right-side control panel for this purpose. Choosing your desired pressure is as simple as turning the dial left or right; the further you turn it, the higher the pressure.

How does the self-cleaning function work?

To activate the self-clean function, simply turn the control dial one click to the left or right. This initiates a steady flow of water to rinse the nozzles before and after use.

How much water does it use?

The amount of water used varies depending on individual needs, but on average, you can anticipate using less than 500ml per wash.

Is there a built-in dryer?

We do not currently offer a model with a built-in dryer. Including a dryer would necessitate batteries or a power source and would add extra bulk. Our aim is to keep things simple, and a quick pat dry with toilet paper usually suffices!

Can I use warm water?

The JunglePani bidet utilizes a single hose that connects to the same water source as your toilet, typically at room temperature. Warm water bidets present certain challenges, such as connecting to your sink or requiring batteries/power. Moreover, the water may not even warm up by the time you've finished washing!

But, won't the water be too cold?

Not at all! The JunglePani bidet has undergone testing in sub-zero temperatures, and the cold water is barely noticeable. In fact, some users find it invigorating and energizing to start their day with!

Easy as 1,2,3

How is the installation process?

Our Bidets come with an installation guide. It is easy as 1,2,3 and will take no less than 8 mins to install.

Will it be compatible with my toilet?

The JunglePani bidet is designed to fit approximately 90% of toilet bowls and seats. It's important to verify that you have access to your tap connection. For more information on connections, please refer to the details below.

Where should I connect the water?

The JunglePani bidet connects to your existing toilet connection, the same one that refills your toilet tank. This connection can typically be found in a few locations: outside your toilet, inside your toilet tank, or within the wall.

Is professional plumbing assistance required?

No, the JunglePani bidet doesn't necessitate any complex plumbing work and easily connects to your existing water line. However, in Australia, all plumbing tasks must be performed by a licensed plumber, so we recommend consulting one before attempting your own installation.

My toilet tap is located inside the tank; can I still install it?

In most cases, yes. The hose we provide is 8mm in diameter and can typically fit between the lid of the toilet tank and the wall. If you can fit a pinky finger in the space, you can fit the hose.

I have a concealed tank; can I still install it?

You can install the JunglePani bidet attachment; however, you will need to locate an alternative water source or connection. For example, you could consider using your bathroom sink as an alternative source.

Is it possible to install this on a raised toilet seat?

Yes and no. If you were to install it conventionally on a raised seat, the spray might be too low to effectively reach the target area. We have discovered a useful guide that explains an alternative installation process. Please note that we do not endorse this method and cannot guarantee its safety.

What about backflow prevention?

Rest assured, the JunglePani bidet includes a built-in backflow valve, ensuring that contaminants do not contaminate the fresh water supply.

How does The Bamboo Bidet work?

Operating The Bamboo Bidet is incredibly straightforward—just a simple flick of the wrist! It's even easier than grabbing a few sheets of toilet paper. Once you've completed your bathroom routine, adjust the control dial to the left or right to choose your preferred wash setting and pressure. Position it where you need it, and let the water do its job for a few seconds. Turn the dial back to the self-wash setting for 3 seconds, and then switch it off. For a thorough clean, you may want to use a few sheets of toilet paper to gently pat dry. After that, flush and continue your day feeling refreshed and confident!

How should I position myself?

Using The Bamboo Bidet is much simpler than traditional European bidets that require a unique straddling position. Just sit on the toilet as you normally would, complete your business, and let the rear nozzles take care of the rest.

When should I activate it?

You can activate The Bamboo Bidet when you've finished using the toilet, when you're ready to wrap up your TikTok session, or when you start feeling a bit uncomfortable. For those who may be curious about turning it on mid-use, while we don't recommend it, if curiosity gets the better of you, feel free to share your findings with us—for the sake of scientific knowledge!

Do I still need toilet paper?

Yes, you'll still want to have some toilet paper on hand for a final check to ensure everything is clean and for the drying process. However, you can expect a significant reduction in your toilet paper consumption, possibly by 80% or more. We recommend using an eco-friendly option like bamboo or recycled toilet paper.

Is it using unclean toilet water?

It's important to dispel this misconception—The Bamboo Bidet connects to the same clean, fresh water supply that provides your drinking water, showers, and handwashing. Rest assured, it's clean and safe.

Will the water enter my body?

While it's highly unlikely, there is a minimal possibility. It's best not to relax too much or use excessive water pressure to avoid any unexpected experiences

Let's troubleshoot:

The nozzles on The Bamboo Bidet are blocked and not dispensing water:

This situation could arise due to one of two reasons:

1. You may have installed The Bamboo Bidet too close to the toilet bowl, causing the nozzles to become obstructed during activation.

2. Conversely, the toilet seat might have been installed too near The Bamboo Bidet. When you sit down, the seat can push against The Bamboo Bidet, potentially pressing it into the toilet bowl and blocking the water flow.

The spray is missing the target; it's too far forward:

This typically stems from an issue with the toilet seat:

1. The toilet seat may have been reinstalled over the silver/white caps, elevating it. To resolve this, you'll need to position The Bamboo Bidet underneath these caps by carefully removing them, possibly using a flat tool like a screwdriver.

2. Alternatively, the toilet seat could have been reattached too far back. When re-installing the seat, ensure that the back rim is situated in front of The Bamboo Bidet. To put it simply, the only visible part of The Bamboo Bidet should be the nozzle guard.

The spray is missing the target; it's too far to the left or right:

1. t appears that The Bamboo Bidet may not be perfectly centered on the toilet and might require a slight adjustment to the left or right. If that doesn't resolve the issue, consider making minor adjustments to the nozzles by rotating them.

Installing The Bamboo Bidet may necessitate some fine-tuning, but by dedicating a bit of extra time and attention during the initial setup, you'll ensure consistent and precise cleaning results in the future!

Stay Wildly Clean!

Is this using unsanitary toilet water?

Absolutely not! The Bamboo Bidet uses the same clean and potable water supply that you use for drinking, showering, and handwashing.

Can I utilize this for an enema?

While it's not designed for that purpose and we don't endorse it (we're not medical experts), it is possible to use it for a thorough cleaning.

I have hemorrhoids; will it be uncomfortable?

The Bamboo Bidet can be a real lifesaver for you! Toilet paper can be harsh on individuals with hemorrhoids, whereas The Bamboo Bidet offers a gentle and soothing alternative. You can adjust the pressure to find what's most comfortable for you.
